Eligibility
Available to multinational companies with at least 10 service center approvals in one year, allowing streamlined transfers of executives, managers, or specialized knowledge personnel without the USCIS process for each employee.
Objective
To expedite intracompany mobility for pre-qualified organizations, reducing administrative burdens and accelerating deployment of key talent.
Duration
The initial blanket approval is valid for 3 years, after which time the company can apply to extend the duration, indefinitely. Periodic updates may be required as corporate entities change.
