For nationals of treaty countries who own or are looking to start a business and employees of the same nationality, including owners and key personnel.

To expedite intracompany mobility for pre-qualified organizations, reducing administrative burdens and accelerating deployment of key talent.
Duration
Initial two-year stay, indefinitely renewable in two-year increments.
