Eligibility
For internationally recognized researchers or scholars with at least three years of research experience, sponsored by universities or private employers with research facilities. Must satisfy at least two of the USCIS regulatory criteria and show sustained national or international recognition in the field of expertise.

Duration
Priority processing; typically, 6-12 months for I-140, depending on case development timeline and premium processing.

Path to Permanent Employment
