Eligibility
For Singaporean or Chilean nationals in specialty occupations, akin to H-1B but under free trade agreements.

Objective
Initial one-year period, indefinitely renewable.

Duration
The initial blanket approval is valid for 3 years, after which time the company can apply to extend the duration, indefinitely. Periodic updates may be required as corporate entities change.
