Program Details

Eligibility

Applicants must have been employed abroad in an executive or managerial capacity for at least one continuous year within the three years preceding the petition, by a qualifying related foreign entity.

Objective

To enable multinational organizations to transfer proven executive leaders to the United States, facilitating effective management of U.S. operations, new office establishment, or strategic oversight.

Duration

Initial stay up to three years (one year for new offices), with extensions in two-year increments up to a maximum of seven years.
