Program Details

Eligibility
Requires one continuous year of employment abroad within the prior three years in a position involving specialized knowledge unique to the company’s products, processes, or operations.

To expedite intracompany mobility for pre-qualified organizations, reducing administrative burdens and accelerating deployment of key talent.

Duration
Initial stay up to three years, extendable in two-year increments up to a maximum of five years.
